Day 1 – Arrival Ljubljana capital of Slovenia
Arrival in Ljubljana. Meet and greet service by your friendly & experienced tour leader.
Day 2 – Krvavec ski resort
Krvavec is ideal with a nice balance of easy blues and greens as well as some good red and blacks for the advanced skiers. It is a high resort over 2000m so the season is reliable and long-running from December until early April. It is generally a sunny resort and the views above the cloud line can be breathtaking.
The Krvavec ski resort is the largest ski resort in Slovenia. It offers more than 25 km of excellent piste conditions, covering an area of 110 ha. The ski resort Krvavec is a short distance from airport or capital. It can be reached within 20 minutes by car, followed by a 7-minute gondola ride onto the top of the mountain.
Day 3 - Soriška planina ski resort
Soriška planina lies on the border between the Primorska and the Gorenjska regions, spanning at the altitude between 1,287m and 1,550m. There are five lifts operating within the ski resort offering spectacular views and complete winter joy. In addition to Alpine skiing on ten kilometres of ski trails, visitors can also enjoy backcountry skiing, cross-country skiing on well-tended trails that cross the forests of Jelovica, sledding, snow shoe walking and winter hiking over the surrounding peaks.
Day 4 - Cerkno ski resort
Cerkno ski resort consists of excellent slopes and most modern and safest skiing facilities. The resort has been voted as the best Slovenian ski resort many times in a row. It offers several slopes for skiing but also tracks for cross-country skiing and a track for sledding.
Day 5 - Kranjska Gora Slovenian World Cup slalom and GS resort
The ski resort Kranjska Gora is located in Gorenjska (Upper Carniola, Slovenia). For skiing and snowboarding, there is 20 km of slopes available. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 800 and 1,215 m.
Kranjska Gora is best known as a winter sports town, being situated in the Julian Alps. It annually hosts an event in the Alpine skiing World Cup series, also known as the Vitranc Cup, for the slalom and giant slalom events. The well-known world cup ski jumping hill Planica is located in the nearby Tamar Valley.
Day 6 – Sella Nevea - Kanin resort (Italia-Slo) in one day
Kanin-Sella Nevea is a joint Slovenian-Italian ski resort located on the slopes of Mt Kanin and Sella Nevea Pass at the Slovenian-Italian border. Through the chairlift, at Sedlo mountain the two ski resorts Sella Nevea and Bovec Kanin are connected and come up with 30 km of slopes with different levels.
It is the only Slovenian ski resort at 2,000 m (6,600 ft) above sea level.
Day 7 – Night skiing Italy (mount Višarje)
The ski resort Tarvisio – Monte Lussari is located in the Province of Udine (Italy, Friuli-Venezia Giulia). For skiing and snowboarding, there is 25 km of slopes available. 11 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 754 and 1,752 m.
